BrickTop is looking for professional individuals to help manage our front door. We are looking for people with hospitality experience and a sincere desire to make our guest's experience the best it can be! The perfect candidate is someone who is comfortable multi-tasking and staying busy while maintaining a positive, helpful, and cheerful demeanor under pressure. We want our guests to be recognized and catered to by our host staff, guest relations are the most important part of this position!

Duties include:
- Managing advance reservations.
- Bussing and resetting tables.
- Managing server rotation for fair and consistent seating.
- Managing phone calls, wait times, walk-in parties, and reservations on a shift-by-shift basis.
